Op 06/06/2010 was UAG de hele dag aanwezig in het huis van sport in Berchem met andere associaties uit antwerpen ,limburg en vlaams brabant onder de leiding van VZW AIF om te discusseren op verschillende themas. Onder anderen: Diversiteit beveorderen in het dagelijks leven, interculturaliteit op school en diversiteit bevorderen op de werkvloer. Het was een booiende en zeer plazante dag met veel alternative voor de kinderen die aanwezig waren, inderdaad hebben ze hun role als verslaggeversvan de dag heel goed gedaan. niet alleen deze, het was een gelegenheid om oplossingen te zoeken naar wat we nog kunnen benutten om samen te leven binnen de controverse samenleving van vandaag. Een paar oplossingen waren het samenkomst met andere, de grensen verlengen of beperken wat betreft de radicalisering van sommige mensen, en nog veel meer, als je zelf heeft iets te zeggen over diversiteit in je buurt, op werk of in je dagelijks leven , aarzel niet een bericht achter te laten,,,
Stress is a response produced by your body when you are subjected to various types of demand.It has a direct link to our daily environment. it can be physical, mental or emotional. It’s important to note that both negatives and positives feelings can result to a stress as well. It results into the release of certain chemicals into the bloodstrem. And the extra energy that it produces create anxiety in case we do not exercise on how to manage. Victims of stress are of all walk of life. it ranges from students seriously affected during examination period to teachers, from employees to housewives, from drivers to politicians. everyone is concerned.
The causes of stress are directly external and are also internal as we start worrying about certain events without having enough control to determine its outcome.Most of the source of stress is rooted in our mind. Stress management. it requires that you find professional help to help you control and the same time deal with your emotions. At the end of the process, you shall be able to -Improve your true management skills, -Improve the way you react to stress, -Take care of your body, -Learn how to change your mindset. After the earthquake in Haiti and recently a similar devastation that hitted Chile and many others unexpected sad events in Belgium railways, we naturally feel the necessity to come together as one, to reflect on our daily life and figure out whether we are really doing enough to apply solidarity towards friends, neighbors, family members and those named strangers who obviously might need us more than we realize.
